Three simple steps
Tell us your vision
A few lines on your venue, what you need and roughly how many. We come back with a founder-priced quote, usually within two working days.
Sample and approve
Your logo, your label, your colours on a physical sample. Nothing goes to production unseen.
Made and delivered
50% deposit to start. Custom runs typically take six to eight weeks. House stock ships within a week.

What are the minimums?
Hats from 25 units, which includes the full 100+ colour range. Embroidery and custom woven labels from 50 hats. Towels from 50 units. If your numbers sit between tiers, ask. We would rather talk than turn you away.
How does payment work?
Wholesale and custom orders take a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% before dispatch. Trade pricing is shared once we know your volumes.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Reach out and we will get a sample to you before you commit to a run.
Where do you deliver?
US, UK, Canada and Europe, from our fulfilment partners in the UK and US. Delivery is included in your quote.
What are the products made of?
Hats are 100% wool, hand-felted to roughly 6mm so they keep insulating through a full session. Wool is naturally antimicrobial, so hats stay fresh with frequent sauna use. THE SAUNA TOWEL is pure cotton at 360 GSM, cut longer and narrower to fit the bench, with a sewn-in hanging loop.
